TE ofrecen cambiarlos por algo que finalmente no te gusta y alegan que no pueden cancelar aquel producto faltante. Te marcan por teléfono el "gerente" para ofrecerte que después te van a hacer llegar por sus medios lo que no recibiste y obviamente nunca lo enviaron. Es decir, se quedan con el dinero y no te entregan el producto que pagaste. Eso, se llama robo.

They call you the "manager" on the phone to offer you that later they will send you what you did not receive by their means and obviously they never sent it.
