★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de la carne es buena, muy rica, directo del trompo y sin grasa o pellejo.
Sin embargo, la porción por taco es poca y las salsas pueden mejorar, en especial la verde.
Las aguas de sabores tampoco están buenas, la de horchata sabe muy diluida y la de jamaica bastante ácida. Me atrevería a decir que saben a agua de sobre.
Reconozco la atención, la mesera es muy amable y servicial, al igual que el taquero.
Volvería a comer aquí.
The quality of the meat is good, very rich, straight from the top and without fat or skin.
However, the portion per taco is small and the sauces can improve, especially the green one.
The flavored waters are not good either, the horchata tastes very diluted and the jamaica one quite acidic. I daresay they taste like sachet water.
I recognize the attention, the waitress is very friendly and helpful, as is the taco maker.
I would eat here again.
