★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne ya la tenían asada por lo tanto fría, solo la calentaron en la plancha y obvio ya no es lo mismo, queda tiesa y seca el sabor de la arrachera no es el esperado, la tortilla está bien por qué es recién hecha, en lo personal recomiendo que la carne la asen en el momento aún que uno tenga que esperar más.
