★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parada obligatoria cuando uno pasa por Tehuantepec por la tarde noche, los tacos de cabeza son lo mejor, muy suaves, puede ser para comer en sitio o para llevar, aguanta muy bien hasta 45 minutos después ( claro, bien envuelto, no olvides pedir salsa ). Debería estar marcado como sitio turístico de gastronomía.
