Son muy típicos de GDL, cabeza, carnaza, pastor, suadero, chorizo, lengua, adobada y tripa (dorada y blanda) entre otros, no le doy 5 estrellas porque en este momento es incomodo comer ahí por falta de mesas (pandemia) pero fuera de eso 100% recomendables, hay servicio a domicilio.
