Les recomiendo mucho pidan la orden de barbacoa, te la sirven en una cazuelita y te traen el consomé aparte, la puedes pedir tatemada o blanda, en lo personal , la prefiero blanda. Siguen siendo de los mejores de éste tipo de Barbacoa con su toque al Horno, el lugar si se nota ya algo al estilo de su fundador, es agradable y cómodo , su esplendor yo digo que fúe cuando estaban en la calle. Muy recomendables, aquí los buenos son los blanditos y pidanlos con doradita, creo que es el único lugar que cocina así la Barbacoa, según éste Guía.
