★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love finding authentic "hole in the wall" type places like this on vacation. A place where they barely speak any English and you won't really see tourists here. That's how I knew it was going to be delicious and boy did they come through. The crispy taco is probably one of the best things I had in Puerto Vallarta, no joke. They also have a beef broth soup which I could literally drink a whole bowl of that everyday, its so good. I think all in, we got two soups, 4 tacos and it ran us $3.75 USD. That's insane. We went back twice because I couldn't stop thinking about that fried taco. You won't stop thinking about it either once you try it, don't hesitate, they're super nice and will help you order what you need :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So tasty! Streetside breakfast/lunch taco stand with some indoor seating as well. Go early. As we found out, they can sell out and close up early. My fav tacos in PV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tacos de Birria Alex serves the most delicious tacos birria - soft or crispy. Alongside of the tacos with all of the fixings, you are served a cup of lovely consume. The prices are more than reasonable. It is often crowded - especially on a Saturday but the line moves along quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Birria stand. We ordered 6 birria tacos for the price for 100 pesos ($5-6 USD). Just a note when it is raining they close so don’t risk it when it’s raining. Also make sure to dip all the way for the flavor!
