Solo que si hay mucha gente, si quieres comer allí a veces hay que esperar.
Pero vale la pena :3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar de estacionamiento aunque no propio, es en su mayoría del asturiano que está a un lado. Es un negocio al aire libre, solo cubierto con una lona asi que es probable que te congeles si hace frío.
Venden tacos de cabeza, ojo, birria de borrego y consomé. Los tacos están bien en general, buen sabor, la atención que brindan es buena.
Abren los 365 días del año, por lo general lo encontrarás lleno los fines de semana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentro de los lugares a su alrededor es de los pocos que han mantenido su sabor el cual es muy aceptable y bueno sin llegar a ser Wow.
Le falta más higiene y mejor control, al menos para comer ahí no se los recomiendo, pero en pedidos para llevar muy bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mejores tacos de barbacoa (sí, allá es barbacoa, no birria como le dicen aquí) estilo Guadalajara que he probado en Querétaro! Siempre amables, buen servicio, todo riquísimo. Debes tener un poco de paciencia si quieres mesa, pero siempre puedes comer en la barra o en tu auto y sin problema. No olvides pedir tu consome con o sin garbanzos (el original de Gdl es SIN). La salsa es buenísima! Totalmente recomendados...
The best barbecue tacos (yes, it's barbecue there, not birria as they say here) Guadalajara style that I've tried in Querétaro! Always friendly, good service, everything delicious. You must have a little patience if you want a table, but you can always eat at the bar or in your car without any problem. Don't forget to order your consommé with or without chickpeas (the original from Gdl is WITHOUT). The sauce is great! Totally recommended...
