Para mi gusto, es de los mejores consomés de Guadalajara, ya que el caldito tiene cuerpo, no es de esos que les quitan la grasa para hacer los tacos, y lo sirven con mucha carne y verdura. Los tacos son de buen tamaño y tienen mucha carne. La carnaza de la birria está muy sabrosa y suavecita. La variedad de salsas es amplia y sabrosa. El personal es muy amable y atento. Los costos son accesibles. El servicio a domicilio es muy rápido dentro de su zona de cobertura. El único defecto para mí, es que si vas en auto suele ser difícil encontrar donde estacionarse. Birria is very tasty, both in tacos and in consommé.
