★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El joven Hector, "El Taquero" sabe como hacer la carne , tiene variedad, en lo que te puede servir en el taco , como puede ser cabeza, cesos, paladar, ojo, mollera, adobada, esos son los que he provado con el, aparte de buenos , los serve reportados.... ojo, cuidado a la hora de llevar el taco del plato a la boca , que te puedes quemar un poco los dedos .
