Taquería "Gera" es un pequeño localito que ni siquiera nombre tiene y cabrán ahí unas 7 mesas; esta gente es especialista en lo relacionado con todas las partes de la cabeza: sesos, lengua, cachete, ojo, paladar, surtido y no se que otras cosas por ahí; tortillas de maíz delgaditas de las hechas a mano; también, por supuesto las dos típicas salsas: la verde, y la más picosa que es la roja; !muy sabroso todo¡, precios normales (de hecho un poquito mas barato), higiene y amabilidad. En esta pequeña taquería abren "todos los días" (esto está entre comillas porque a veces no les es posible conseguir la cabeza y es entonces cuando está cerrado) entre 6:00 y 6:30 p.m. y este negocio cierra en cuanto se les termina la carne de la cabeza, (la vendimia durará cuando mucho unas tres horas); así es que si quieres alcanzar de todo, necesitas darte prisa: acaban muy pronto, (a las 10 de la noche ya no encuentras "ni rastro"). ¡Muy buen provecho en "Taquería Gera"!
