★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional simple tacos made from potato, beans, sometimes meat covered with an adobo or chicharrón with green saldo or adobo. They are cooked into a basket with vey hot oil. Just leaving them be cooked by the steamy oil instead of an oven or a grill. Super cheap. But not so easy to digest if you are not familiar to super spicy n hot food.

They were incredible. The spicy pickles and guacamole that accompany them are fantastic.
