★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So good!! he’s a really nice guy. I’m vegetarian so I only ate the frijole taco and the papa taco, but I went every morning of my stay in Roma. He makes everything himself every morning including the chunky green salsa and pickled jalapeños/carrots, which are so good and flavourful. I highly recommend, quick, delicious and so inexpensive!!
He also had chicharron, mole verde with pollo, adobo and chorizo con papa for meat eaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will dream about these Tacos de Canasta! Looked forward to eating here for breakfast every morning I was in Roma. Vegetarian does it for me, so I only had the papa and frijol, but his salsa verde and pickled carrots + jalepeños make the tacos goooo. He is a kind and hospitible man that has created a delightfully shady spot to post up and enjoy a simple yet delicious meal.
