★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una sorpresa que se encuentra uno en el camino, el lugar no es nada pretencioso pero la atención es mucho más cordial que en cualquier otro lado, el chicharrón está delicioso y recién hecho, los chicharrones con carne están muy buenos, las carnitas son por mucho de las mejores que he comido en Querétaro, si andan por la zona bien vale la pena pasar a desayunar el fin de semana (solo abren de viernes a domingo), no se pierdan la oportunidad de probar la salsa de chile de árbol que simplemente es un complemento espectacular...
