★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor que tiene esta cochinita muy similar a la que encuentras en Tampico Tamaulipas, a pesar de ser un puesto pequeño mantiene el sabor de la carne, la tortilla es amarilla y no le da ese toque especial de la tortilla que se consume junto con la cochinito en el Sur de Tamaulipas. No se a que se deba pero a mi parecer prefiero el tipo de tortilla que se usa en aquellos rumbos.
The flavor that this cochinita has is very similar to the one you find in Tampico Tamaulipas, despite being a small place it keeps the flavor of the meat, the tortilla is yellow and does not give that special touch of the tortilla that is consumed together with the little pig in the South of Tamaulipas. I do not know what is due but in my opinion I prefer the type of tortilla that is used in those directions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabor muy rico, obvio no sabe como la cochinita de Yucatán pero pasa la prueba muy bien. Lo mejor es el chilito habanero ?? puedes pedir la comida "seca" o "mojadita" (bañada en el caldito grasiento).
Mojadita sabe mejor. Hay refrescos "escuis" para los que son de Tampico y tengan antojo.
Very rich taste, obviously does not taste like the Yucatan cochinita but passes the test very well. The best thing is the chilito habanero ?? you can ask for the "dry" or "mojadita" food (bathed in the greasy caldito).
Mojadita tastes better. There are "escuis" refreshments for those who are from Tampico and have a craving.
