★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home cooked "stews" - guisados, very traditional mixed ingredient options to have in a taco (vs. just one ingredient like Carne Asada, Al Pastor.) It is what wife's prepare for their working husbands of the lower middle/lower economic range living. Not everyone can afford Carne Asada for the while family, so "stew" type dish with lots of veggies, beans and a little bit of meat, with a bunch of subsidized tortillas, makes for a tasty and healthy meal to fill the entire family ? i gave it a 4 because I love a choice of different salsas and here there's only one.
