★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar en la vía pública pero limpio, con bastante aforo de personas que ya conocen el changarro. Los tacos ricos y en tres versiones. Suaves. Medio dorados. Dorada la tripa hasta llegar a la versión chicharrón y la verdad las 3 están muy buenas.
Las salsas pueden mejorar un 100 x ciento.
También tienen de bistek para los que no le hacen a las vísceras.
Una observación solamente........
UNA SONRISA AL TRABAJAR TE HACE LA COMIDA MAS AMENA Y PLACENTERA. OJALA Y ASI LO ENTIENDA LA SEÑORA QUE PARECE SER LA JEFA.
Place on the public road but clean, with enough capacity for people who already know the changarro. The tacos rich and in three versions. Soft. Medium golden. Brown the gut until you reach the pork rind version and the truth is that all 3 are very good.
Sauces can improve 100 x percent.
They also have steak for those who don't like the viscera.
An observation only...
