Me dieron 2 platos de carne como el de la foto. Es demasiado por esa cantidad. Vale la pena en se aspecto, pero los puntos menos son por la calidad. Tanto el sabor y la textura de la carne podrían mejorar. Suelta demasiado del adobo que le ponen y no tiene buen sabor. Lo rescaté a base de cebolla, cilantro, salsa y muchísimo limón. También se encuentran muchos nervios en la carne. They recommended me any trompo meat in the area, so I chose the ones from the roundabout. I ordered 100 pesos for a spin to go. They gave me 2 meat dishes like the one in the photo. It's too much for that amount. It is worth it in this aspect, but the points less are for the quality. Both the flavor and texture of the meat could use improvement. It releases too much of the marinade they put on it and it doesn't taste good. I rescued it based on onion, cilantro, sauce and lots of lemon. Many nerves are also found in the meat.
