★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Borrego es una taquería clásica en la ciudad de Delicias, prepara tacos en tortilla de maíz, de carne de res, puerco o mezclada, también venden mega burros de los mismos ingredientes. Es un restaurante familiar, amplio, que siempre maneja el mismo sabor, la sazón no cambia ni con el tiempo, ni con los cocineros, tienen muy bien plantada la sazón. Sus salsas son la clásica de jalapeño con mezcla de salsa de soya la cual es genial y una verde no picante para gustos menos intensos.
Facturan sin problemas al momento de finalizar el consumo, por lo que para proveedores o viajantes es una joya en ese sentido.
Tienen una área para el lavado de manos, y la higiene es buena, el servicio es excelente.
Si vas a Delicias tienes que ir, a menos que seas vegano, los precios son buenos.
El Borrego is a classic taquería in the city of Delicias, it prepares tacos in corn tortilla, beef, pork or mixed, they also sell mega donkeys with the same ingredients. It is a spacious family restaurant that always manages the same flavor, the seasoning does not change with time, nor with the cooks, they have the seasoning very well. Their sauces are the classic jalapeño with a mixture of soy sauce which is great and a non-spicy green one for less intense tastes.
