Pedímos tortas y quesadillas, el pan de las tortas está sabroso igual que las salsas que literalmente abarcan mitad de la mesa.....el molcajete que usan para la salsa verde está sobrado porque quita mucho espacio de la mesa, con un simple salsero como el de la salsa roja bastaría. La cebolla está seca, por lo que recomiendo estar cortando constantemente y no toda de una vez por todas. La longaniza sabe a puro aceite ?. El queso de las quesadillas es de muy baja calidad. Las aguas muy azucaradas. En fin, el lugar está bien ubicado al estar enfrente del Auditorio Municipal y por lo mismo deberían de aprovechar dicha posición mejorando el producto. The place is narrow and therefore a bit uncomfortable, however that fact is compensated by the good attention of all the staff. We ordered cakes and quesadillas, the bread of the cakes is tasty just like the sauces that literally cover half of the table ..... the molcajete they use for the green sauce is left over because it takes up a lot of space from the table, with a simple sauce maker like the one with the red sauce would suffice. The onion is dry, so I recommend cutting constantly and not all at once. The sausage tastes like pure oil ?. The cheese in the quesadillas is of very low quality. The very sugary waters. In short, the place is well located as it is in front of the Municipal Auditorium and therefore they should take advantage of this position by improving the product.
