Un "gusano" (taco de harina con carne y queso de tamano chico y salado) por $70 pesos es lo qe te comes en otra parte por $30 pesos, ni ganas de comerse 2. Pedí uno de buche y estaba muuuy duro y olía y sabía mal (como carne mal lavada y demasiado seca) Creí que sería como de carnitas como había escuchado que eran aquí los de copete y buche, pero nada que ver. Se me hizo caro y feo. Lo único que me gustó fue la amabilidad y actitud del señor, por eso le pongo 3 estrellas. I've tried many tacos, but the truth is that I did not like anything. I ordered one of buche and it was sooooo hard and it smelled and tasted bad (like poorly washed and too dry meat) I thought it would be like carnitas as I had heard that they were here with clog and crop, but nothing to see. It made me expensive and ugly. The only thing I liked was the kindness and attitude of the man, that's why I put 3 stars.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I stayed for about 2 months in the center of Querétaro, I ate almost 30 days there haha all dishes are perfect and hibiscus water is very cool. the owner is very joking hahaha and very friendly.
