When it comes to tacos, you are supposed to be able to taste the meat beyond the tortillas and the dressings. Each meat has a distinctive flavor: the tongue, the eye, the cheek, etc. You know that you have a problem with a taco place when you have to ask which one is which, because you are unable to taste the difference.
