★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente calidad y sabor, mis preferidos bistec, sudadero y chorizo, pero tienen gran variedad como lengua, cabeza, tripa entre otros. Hay que pedir las cebollitas. Y las gringas muy buenas con el sabor del queso que usan.
