I was not in that business, I was in the restaurant across the street. El Salvaje seems unhealthy to me, they don't respect security measures, I would never go.

The tacos are sooo delicious, but there are no hygiene measures and the attention leaves much to be desired, you go because you have already tried, you already know and because you like the taste despite the risk.
