★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí sirven unos de los platillos típicos de Zacatecas los cuales son los tacos envenenados los cuales cuenta la historia que " Don Álvaro" vendia tacos en una estación de ferrocarril, los más gustados estaban hechos con tortilla grande, rellenos de frijoles con papa, queso y chorizo. Los tacos eran sumergidos en manteca hirviendo, una vez dorados estaban listos para conquistar el paladar de los clientes que disfrutaban el especial sabor que estos tomaban al ser fritos.
Se rumora que el usual nombre de estos tacos surgió del ácido humor de Don Lauro, quien colocó afuera de su comercio una manta con la siguiente frase: “si quiere envenenarse, coma tacos”, desde ese momento los famosos tacos fueron bautizados con el nombre de “taco envenenado”.
En el restaurante conservan la tradición y saben super ricos, los recomiendo ampliamente ?
