★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne es muy buena, tienen gran variedad: pastor, sesos, carnaza, lengua, labio, mollejas, barbacoa, cochinita, etc...
Tienen tacos y son buenos pero lo mejor son los birotacos y lonches, sobre todos los especiales. Te los sirven de la carne que gustes, los bañan de una salsa verde deliciosa, les ponen queso y los gratinan, además te dan cebollita y chile a la plancha, acompañado de tres doraditas.
Simplemente delicioso.
Vayan temprano porque se terminan pronto.
The meat is very good, they have a great variety: pastor, brains, meat, tongue, lip, sweetbreads, barbecue, suckling pig, etc...
They have tacos and they are good but the best are the birotacos and lunches, especially the specials. They serve them with the meat you like, they bathe them in a delicious green sauce, they put cheese on them and gratin them, they also give you grilled onions and chili, accompanied by three golden brown ones.
Simply delicious.
Go early because they run out fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I relied on street food during my stay in Guadalajara. All my meals were taken on the streets in and around Guadalajara. This is the only place I went back to, for many reasons:
1- CLEAN and inspires confidence.
2- VERY tasty. High quality ingredients.
3- quiet street, less cars around.
4- They take Credit Cards!!! I couldn't believe it: that's the ONLY street food place I have been to that take credit cards. This is important when you know that Exchange offices in Guadalajara are robbers and their rates are a ripoff (18.2 when it should be 20+)
5- all the workers are NICE. No English, but they struggled to explain the menu and the ingredients. Good service, nice crowd too.
