★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He probado los tacos de tripa de muchos lugares, tanto cercanos como lejanos y sin miedo a equivocarme estos tacos de tripa de Güicho son los mejores!!! son el sello de la casa, valen cada peso. Ya sea que los pidas doraditos o con queso o sin queso, es igual... es deliciosa.
La salsa está muy buena y es perfecta para la tripa.
El servicio siempre muy atento aunque luego tengan mucha gente.
También tienen tacos de bistec, longaniza, etc. todo muy rico y limpio.

Los de tripa no son los clásicos sumergidos en manteca, sino fritos en manteca hasta quedar completamente doraditos y con la salsa que prepara son simplemente únicos. La limpieza tanto de las carnes como del local es impecable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por estos tiempos de pandemia me parece que sería importante darle más prioridad a la higiene en cuanto a servicios en alimentos se trata. La persona que agrega las guarniciones para acompañar tus tacos, es la misma persona que cobra y no usa guantes para servir los alimentos.
Si bien los tacos son buenos me parece que el precio es excesivamente caro para el tamaño del taco, $15 cada uno y volcanes a $21.

Aguas frescas de horchata y Jamaica, recomiendo la de horchata. Los postres para no dejar son ricos en $30 c/u. Te recomiendo hacer tu pedido con anticipación si es para llevar para solo llegar y recoger
