★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado, mi familia y yo nos enfermamos de forma horrible hace unos días a causa de ésta taquería. La razón fué la siguiente, pedimos que los tacos fueran hechos con la carne recién cortada directamente del trompo para asi comer tacos al pastor genuinos como debe ser, pero la carne estaba cruda. Fué una semana de vueltas, medicamentos y consultas debido al horrible dolor abdominal, vómito y diarrea. No estoy diciendo que ellos sean sucios en la taquería, sino que no saben hacer tacos al pastor genuinos como debe ser, el problema es que tienen cruda la carne del trompo y la cortan para cocerla en una plancha, el inconveniente de ésto es que el sabor y consistencia ya no es la misma, y cuando llega un cliente que quiere comer los tacos recién cortados del trompo le dan cruda la carne, ésto podría matar a alguien porque la carne de cerdo cruda es absolutamente peligrosa.

I am not saying that they are dirty in the taqueria, but that they do not know how to make genuine tacos al pastor as it should be, the problem is that they have raw meat from the top and cut it to cook it on a griddle, the drawback of this is that the flavor and consistency is no longer the same, and when a customer arrives who wants to eat the freshly cut tacos from the top, they give him the meat raw, this could kill someone because raw pork is absolutely dangerous.
