Me decepcionó el de chicharron el de deshebrada y el de frijol. E	Ernesto Javier Lara Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estos tacos parecen más a tacos del tipo dorado con manteca, como los de sudadero, buche, adobada, etc. solo que con más aceite, no se sienten como tacos de canasta realmente y distan mucho del sabor y consistencia de los tacos que se hacen en el DF. Los guisados se sienten como puré, no como guisados. El guiso de chicharrón trae papa y no creo que sea realmente chicharrón sino de más bien carne de puerco hecha carnitas lo cual hace que sepa muy diferente al sabor del chicharrón ya sea prensado, de peya o cuerito. El guiso de papas es básicamente puré, demasiado molido y aguado. Los frijoles son lo más rescatable. Ofrecen repollo y cebolla encurtida lo cual es algo bueno. La salsa normal sin llegar a sobresalir. These tacos look more like tacos of the golden type with butter, such as those of sudadero, crop, adobada, etc. only that with more oil, they don't really feel like tacos de canasta and are far from the flavor and consistency of the tacos that are made in Mexico City. Stews feel like puree, not casseroles. Potato stew is basically mashed, too mashed and runny. The beans are the most redeemable. They offer cabbage and pickled onion which is a good thing. The normal sauce without standing out.
