★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor fonda de la colonia Independencia con más de 30 años de tradición. Toda la comida está deliciosa y a muy buen precio, mi recomendación son los tacos de chicharrón sublimes con la salsa verde de la casa.
Afuera del lugar asan pollos al carbón que también están buenísimos, pueden pedir uno para llevar o para disfrutar dentro de la fonda.
The best inn in the Independencia neighborhood with more than 30 years of tradition. All the food is delicious and at a great price, my recommendation is the tacos de chicharrón sublimes with the green sauce of the house.

Incluyen cebolla asada y tortillas. Salchichas no.
Yo soy de comerme el pollo con las manos, succionando toda la carne hasta el hueso, pero siempre pruebo aunque sea una tortilla ya que voy acabando, y estas están buenas.
Asan los pollos afuera. Uno puede entrar a la fonda y comerlo ahí, en mesas y sillas de "coca-cola". Ambiente tranquilo y familiar. Precio estándar. Pronto vuelvo por pollo y salsa. Totalmente recomendable.
One of the best rotisserie chicken seasonings I've had in Monterey and one of the best sauces too. The lemon that they include does have juice. For me, with those 3 points in favor they earn the perfect grade.
They include grilled onion and tortillas. Sausages No.
I'm one to eat chicken with my hands, sucking all the meat down to the bone, but I always try even an omelet since I'm running out, and these are good.
They roast the chickens outside. One can enter the fonda and eat it there, at tables and chairs of "coca-cola". Calm and family atmosphere. Standard price. I'll be back soon for chicken and salsa. Totally recommended.
