-El mesero que me tocó era un poco distraído, a pesar de que en el momento que estaba comiendo no tenían aún mucha gente, mi pedido me lo trajo incompleto al principio, tuve que recordarle que aún me faltaban tacos por traer (yo como muy rápido, y si pido 10 tacos, me gusta que me traigan los 10 tacos de golpe, ya que no me gusta estar sin taco que comer)
-pudieran mejorar un poco la limpieza, vi al mesero realizar distintas actividades, desde limpiar mesas, arreglar unas cosas en la parte exterior de la taquería y después traerme los tacos, lo único que no vi fue que se lavara las manos.
Fuera de eso, todo me pareció muy bien, tanto el dueño como el personal te atienden de maravilla, los precios son super accesibles, y la rapidez es inigualable (en Saltillo) , definitivamente recomiendo estos tacos, se que van a seguir mejorando.
I liked the tacos al pastor, I was fortunate to find the promotion of two orders of pastor x one, however I do not give it 5 stars for the following reasons.
-The waiter who touched me was a bit distracted, despite the fact that at the time I was eating they did not have many people yet, my order was incomplete at first, I had to remind him that I still had tacos to bring (I eat very fast, and if I order 10 tacos, I like that they bring me the 10 tacos at once, since I do not like to be without taco to eat)
-They could improve the cleaning a little, I saw the waiter perform different activities, from cleaning tables, fixing some things on the outside of the taqueria and then bringing me the tacos, the only thing I did not see was that he washed his hands.
Apart from that, everything seemed very good to me, both the owner and the staff take great care of you, the prices are super accessible, and the speed is unmatched (in Saltillo), I definitely recommend these tacos, I know they will continue to improve.
