★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que el trompo de res varía en cuanto a sabor/calidad. Quizá no me tocó en su mejor punto, porque preferí el sabor del trompo de cerdo. Es muy bueno, aunque no el mejor en la zona (ese es el del Rey, que ni siquiera sale en el mapa), pero los Panchitos (tacos con queso planchado y carne de la elección) son muy ricos, las salsas también, y se puede pasar un rato tranquilo comiendo en las mesas, bajo techo. Si hubiera 4 estrellas y media se las daba porque está por encima de otros lugares a los que les he dado 4 pero le falta poquito para la calificación perfecta.
They say that the trompo de res varies in terms of flavor/quality. Perhaps it did not touch me at its best, because I preferred the flavor of the pork top. It's very good, although not the best in the area (that's the King's, which doesn't even appear on the map), but the Panchitos (tacos with grilled cheese and meat of your choice) are very tasty, the sauces too, and you can spend a quiet time eating at the tables, indoors. If there were 4 and a half stars, I would give them to them because it is above other places to which I have given 4, but it is a little short of the perfect rating.
