★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Muy buenas gorditas! No hay otras iguales en la región, las de natas son las más buenas, ¡Me encantan! Ojalá que doña Vale vuelva a abrir pronto y que Dios la acompañe a superar la muerte de Don José Luis.

Sin lugar a dudas, estas son las mejores gorditas, burritos y tacos de la región, inigualables, hechas 100% a mano, y de los tacos, ni se diga! con tortillas recién hechas, gran variedad de sabores y guisos: asada, adobada, birria chicharrón, nata, papas con carne, deshebrada, chorizo, nopalitos, carne con chile colorado, en salsa verde.
Definitivamente el mejor lugar para saborear estos ricos y tradicionales platillos de nuestra región.

I cannot recommend this place enough, here you can find all the traditional flavors such as asada, adobada, chorizo, chicharrón, birria, shredded beef, carne con chili, pork in green salsa, nopalitos and many more!
The authentic and original gorditas, served kindly and courteously by Valentina Martínez, known as "Doña Vale".
Without a doubt, these are the best gorditas, burritos and tacos in the region, unbeatable, made 100% by hand, and of the tacos, not to mention! with freshly made tortillas, a wide variety of flavors and stews: roasted, marinated, birria chicharrón, cream, potatoes with meat, shredded, chorizo, nopalitos, meat with red chili, in green sauce.
Definitely the best place to savor these rich and traditional dishes of our region.
