★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero: solo hay carnitas los martes, jueves y sábados. Segundo: se acaban pronto, así que llega temprano a la camioneta taquera. Las carnitas están DE-LI-CIO-SAS, escondidas en papel de estraza y dispuestas solo para quien sabe que el mejor taco es el de papada con maciza y cuerito.
First: there are only carnitas on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Second: they run out early, so get to the taco truck early. The carnitas are DE-LI-CIO-SAS, hidden in brown paper and arranged only for those who know that the best taco is that of chin with solid chin and leather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojo al dato: Lu/Mi/Vi sirven carnitas, mientras que Mar/Jue/Sab tienen guisos. Suelen estar entre 10am hasta las 4 o 5pm. En lo personal me gustan más los de guisos. No olvidar las quesadillas de chicharrón prensado.✌?
Be careful: Mon / Wed / Fri they serve carnitas, while Tue / Thu / Sat they have stews. They are usually between 10am until 4 or 5pm. Personally, I like stews better. Don't forget the pressed pork rind quesadillas.
