★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So went here to grab a quick bite in the midst of WFH. The tacos were good, pretty standard but good flavor. BUT YALL THE PANQUE DE ELOTE ?. I’m a part time pastry chef and have been exploring the desserts here including other Panque de elotes but THIS one, omg sooooo good. You HAVE to get it and eat immediately. Will come back JUST for this cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is more so like street food however, the chicken, steak and pork tacos were great! The service is quick and tacos are fresh! Def recommend to anyone visiting Oaxaca! Also definitely try the pickled carrots!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the food came at record speeds. I was very impressed by the selection of free condiments aswell. The food, however, was the best part - the tostadas were bursting with flavour! The tacos were a touch dry and very spicy, but this was tolerable due to the addition of a variety of complimentary salsas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, yes, 2 beef tacos, 2 bowls of Pozole, 8 corn tortillas, 2 beers and 2 corn cakes for 11 uk pounds. Delicious. Oh ,dips aswell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here as a fallback option because the famed Lechonito de Oro was closed. This place is awesome! Three tacos al pastor for 45 pesos. Meat was nicely spiced, complimented with a few chunks of pineapple. Tortillas were very delicate. Glad I came here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOOK AT ALL THESE SAUCES ? the food- also absolutely delicious!!! We got the gringa, the pastor taco as is, two pastor tacos with cheese, and a volcan. The two pastor tacos with cheese do not come with cilantro and onion, so there’s just an FYI! But the sauces and all the food were incredibly fresh and delicious. Highly recommend stopping by!

This is one of those "generic" taquerias that you can find all over the place. Which isn't a bad thing - "generic" is used in the sense of "they're everywhere", but as you might imagine, the tacos are really really good (hey, it's a high bar they have over here in Oaxaca).
They've got a huge pastor thingy out front - and it's good, but the hidden charm/value here is in the carnitas - they are outstanding!
