★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no tienen servicio a domicilio. Hay que esperar bastante tiempo para que te preparen tus alimentos cuando los pides para llevar. En dos ocasiones me pusieron alimentos diferentes a los que pedí.
They no longer have home delivery. You have to wait a long time for your food to be prepared when you order it to go. On two occasions they gave me different foods than the ones I asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comenzaremos por lo que nunca cambia en esta sucursal, que es el servicio... Es muy malo, no son amables, y la comida tarda mucho en llegar.. De la cadena de Tacos Roy es la peor sucursal. La señora que te atiende te pone una cara fea por todo.. Además que te quieren cobrar por todooo (guacamole tortilla etc) , los pozoles no los recomiendo, están demasiados salados. Sus tacos son buenos eso es lo único bueno de este lugar. Espero que mejoren esto y puedan dar un buen servicio para que no sigan perdiendo clientes porque el lugar cada día está más vacío.

Me cobraron un bote de agua natural que llevaba por el simple hecho que según ellos no se puede introducir ninguna bebida. No tome agua de mi botella en toda la estancia ahí y me la terminaron cobrando!! En ningún lado tienen el letrero donde indique que no se puede entrar con bebidas para por lo menos saber el riesgo de hacer caso omiso a la indicación! Jamás volvería a ir
Lousy service!
They charged me for a bottle of natural water that I was carrying for the simple fact that according to them no drink can be introduced. I didn't drink water from my bottle during my entire stay there and they ended up charging me for it!! Nowhere do they have the sign indicating that you can not enter with drinks to at least know the risk of ignoring the indication! I would never go again
