Los tacos bien pero pedí una cebolla al vapor y estaba echada a perder, le comenté al encargado y en lugar de aceptar su error se molestó y quiso justificarse.
No pretendía que me devolviera el dinero, solo lo hice para que cuiden la calidad de los productos, una pena por el encargado, hacen quedar mal a la franquicia.

The tacos good but I ordered a steamed onion and it was spoiled, I told the manager and instead of accepting his mistake he got upset and wanted to justify himself.
I did not want the money back, I just did it to take care of the quality of the products, a shame for the manager, make the franchise look bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pondré 2 estrellas, no por el sabor, pues están sabrosos, pero ya he tenido varios malos momentos.
1.- les falla el cobro con tarjeta
2.- no me querían dar aderezo en tacos para llevar aunque lo solicité
3.- la persona que cortaba la carne estaba sacando cerilla de su oído y despachando, lo comuniqué a la encargada y lo mandó a lavarse...con todo ya no comí con confianza.
Es imperativo regirse por normas de higiene y verificar que se sigan cada vez.
I will put 2 stars, not for the taste, they are tasty, but I have already had several bad moments.
1.- they fail to charge by card
2.- they did not want to give me dressing in tacos to go even though I requested it
3.- The person who was cutting the meat was taking a match from his ear and dispatching, I communicated it to the manager and she sent him to wash ... yet I no longer ate with confidence.
It is imperative to adhere to hygiene standards and verify that they are followed every time.

No sé compara la atencion de la matriz con este lugar.

Pedí para llevar y sinceramente son los peores tacos árabes que he comido en mi vida, mal servidos, tortillas que parecen cartón, la carne más vieja que tenían me la pusieron en mis tacos, nada que ver con los tacos árabes Tony originales en Puebla. Señores si no pueden mantener los estándares de una franquicia no se arriesguen. Definitivamente no vuelvo a comprar ahí jamás y no recomiendo a nadie este lugar. Adjunto evidencias!
Appalling. I ordered to go and honestly they are the worst Arab tacos I have ever eaten in my life, poorly served, tortillas that look like cardboard, the oldest meat they had was put in my tacos, nothing to do with the original Tony Arab tacos in Puebla. Gentlemen, if you cannot maintain the standards of a franchise, take no chances. I will definitely never buy there again and I do not recommend this place to anyone. I attach evidence!
