★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los tacos de tripa no están muy bien servidos, pero les quedan muy buenos. La salsa está muy rica. Quizá el humito que le cae de los Chapala y los Directo rojos le dan ese sabor tan especial y cotizado.
The tripe tacos are not very well served, but they are very good. The sauce is very rich. Perhaps the smoke that falls from the Chapala and the Red Directo give it that special and sought-after flavor.
