El chicharrón prensado era una delicia, cocimiento y sazón exactos, y ese repollo con cilantro le da el frescor necesario para equilibrar su sabor. Súper, mega recomendables.
I would have liked to eat more than this taco, but the circumstances did not allow me, and when I returned it was already closed. I dare to say that they are supreme. The pressed pork rind was a delight, exact cooking and seasoning, and that cabbage with cilantro gives it the necessary freshness to balance its flavor. Super, mega recommended.
