★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha cambiado mucho la estacion. Antes se tenia planeado fuera solo terminal provisional en lo que se terminaba el demas tramo hasta metro observatorio. Dentro de la estacion hay mucho comercio lo cual no deberia dd ser. Aqui baja mucha gente y se llena mucho.
 The station has changed a lot. Before it was planned outside only provisional terminal in which the other section was finished until observatory meter. Inside the station there is a lot of commerce which should not be. Many people come down here and it gets very crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio ha cambiado para mal, ya no es el mismo y ya no tienen la misma cantidad de clientes que antes.
Cobran los estudios en días feriados y cuando uno quiere recogerlos, resulta que no saben, que no están listos y nadie sabe dar información concreta y correcta.
Lleve mi muestra nuevamente y me salen con lo mismo, ya casi un mes para una simple muestra de urocultivo???? no se vale que no les importe tu salud y los permisos que pides al trabajo para llegar tarde o faltar cuando ya cuentas con tus estudios para tu consulta programada.
Espero que pongan más atención a su servicio. Gracias!
The service has changed for the worse, it is no longer the same and they no longer have the same number of customers as before.
They collect the studies on holidays and when one wants to collect them, it turns out that they do not know, that they are not ready and nobody knows how to give concrete and correct information.
Take my sample again and I get the same, already almost a month for a simple urine culture sample ???? It is not worth it that they do not care about your health and the permits you ask for to work to be late or miss when you already have your studies for your scheduled consultation.

Es una estación amplia y limpia, con personal de la policia brindando información y desalojo de los bagones para el libre abordaje al regresar hacia pantitlan.
A la salida de esta estación se encuentra el paradero tacubaya, el cual brinda servicio hacia Santa Fe y otros lugares a sus alrededores.
Esta línea conecta con la 1 (rosa) Observatorio - Pantitlan.
Linea 7 (anaranjada) El rosario - Barranca del muerto
Metro Tacubaya Line 9 (cafe).
It is a wide and clean station, with police personnel providing information and evacuation of the bags for free boarding when returning to Pantitlan.
At the exit of this station is the Tacubaya bus stop, which provides service to Santa Fe and other places in its surroundings.
This line connects with the 1 (pink) Observatorio - Pantitlan.

Instalaciones algo descuidadas, y algo que no ayuda mucho es que al estar en un paradero de autobuses, el ambulataje, delincuencia y suciedad es bastante. 40 minutos de recorrido promedio de tacubaya a pantitlan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El metro es lento aunque Económico, solo cuesta cinco pesos mexicanos, por otro lado siempre está saturado y casi nunca hay vigilancia cuenta en los extremos con conectores USB para que puedas cargar tu celular si así lo necesitas. El tren pasa cada 5 minutos aproximadamente pero solo en domingo o días festivos tarda en pasar hasta 18 minutos.
The metro is slow but cheap, it only costs five Mexican pesos, on the other hand it is always saturated and there is almost never surveillance, it has USB connectors at the ends so you can charge your cell phone if you need it. The train runs approximately every 5 minutes but only on Sundays or holidays it takes up to 18 minutes to pass.

Excellent station, during peak hours it is somewhat crowded, but here there are places to eat, where you can buy clothes and there is a transfer with the orange line
