★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me comuniqué con ellos para solicitar un avalúo y pareciera que le pedí un favor... muy desinteresado el señor que me atendió.
Le pedí su nombre a la persona que me contestó y me dice: “Habla el valuador” que clase de respuesta es esa?
Me dice: “Mande una foto de su boleta predial y le digo cuanto le sale”
Es enserio? No puede concertar una cita, explicarte el proceso de avalúo, requisitos, algo?
Definitivamente no concuerdo con las demás opiniones.
Terrible service, I contacted them to request an appraisal and it seems that I asked a favor ... the man who attended me was very disinterested.
I asked the person who answered me for his name and he told me: “This is the appraiser speaking”, what kind of answer is that?
He tells me: "Send a photo of your property ticket and I'll tell you how much it comes out"
Is seriously? Can't make an appointment, explain the appraisal process, requirements, something?
I definitely do not agree with the other opinions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no recomendaría este negocio, el dueño es un TRANSA abusivo, evítense problemas .hay muchas opciones en la zona. Contratos mal hechos y el trabajo dejando mucho que desear.
I would definitely not recommend this business, the owner is an abusive TRANSA, avoid problems. There are many options in the area. Poorly done contracts and work leaving much to be desired.

Me piden la boleta predial para apenas darme informes del servicio, les pregunté el porque, pero no es claro ni justificado el porque necesitan esta información que de hecho es sensible/privada sólo para apenas dar los primeros informes. No se si sea una estrategia para enganchar/comprometer, pero definitivamente no me parece un servicio profesional y no me generaron confianza.
Phone service is bad. They ask me for the predial ballot just to give me reports from the service, I asked them why, but it is not clear or justified why they need this information, which is in fact sensitive/private just to give the first reports. I don't know if it's a strategy to engage/engage, but it definitely doesn't seem like a professional service to me and they didn't build trust in me.
