★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una escuela que por las tardes prepara a niños, jóvenes y adultos en el arte marcial koreano y lo hace con éxito pues tiene muchos años de experiencia en la zona y ha formado campeones, pertenece a la Federación. Además, los domingos por la mañana se imparte defensa personal israelí a niños y mujeres y, tres días de la semana: lunes, miércoles y viernes imparten clases de fitness a mujeres. Es un programa muy completo que permite ir logrando objetivos como bajar de peso, moldear la figura, mantener una buena condición física y defensa personal. Es un entrenamiento fuerte que incluye: fitball, cuerdas militares, ligas, Pao, cardio, pesas rusas y box. Es una buena inversión en salud física y mental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Instituto, donde desde pequeños ( sin que esto sea limitativo ya que se puede empezar a cualquier edad) a integrarse en el arte marcial koreano y aplicarlo para su crecimiento fisico,mental , ayudando a su desarrollo positivo , gracias a la filosofia de enseñanza que imparten sus profesores.

Controlan el acceso y limpian el espacio tras cada clase para que entre el nuevo grupo.
Las clases bastante serias y formales.
Además tienen transmisión live por lo que tienen ambas modalidades de clase.
