★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo pésimo pésimo servicio y productos, yo compré un extractor uso rudo JugoMex y no funcionó también en cuestión de meses literal fueron 4 meses, se escudan en que fue mal uso cuando el aparato no tenía empaque de fábrica y por lo tanto se daño el motor. Consulte dos empresas de reparación de equipos y coincidieron en lo mismo vendieron un producto malo. Y encima de eso te ponen un montón de trabas para la garantía.
Ellos obviamente sacan mil y una excusas y ponen mil pretextos.
No compren con ellos créanme que se arrepentirán. Yo perdí mucho dinero, y por eso quiero alertar a futuros compradores para que no pierdan el suyo.
Y si compras pide factura para que puedas hacer valida tu garantía con el fabricante.
Con la pandemia uno con sus negocios ahorra con muchos esfuerzos para poder comprar equipos para su negocio para que haga ellos este tipo de cosas.
Terrible, terrible service and products, I bought a JugoMex heavy-duty extractor and it did not work also in a matter of months literally it was 4 months, they hide in that it was misuse when the device did not have factory packaging and therefore the motor was damaged . I consulted two equipment repair companies and they agreed that they sold a bad product. And on top of that they put a lot of obstacles for the guarantee.
They obviously make a thousand and one excuses and make a thousand excuses.
Do not buy with them believe me you will regret it. I lost a lot of money, and so I want to alert future buyers not to lose theirs.
And if you buy, ask for an invoice so that you can validate your warranty with the manufacturer.
