★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi novio le vendieron unos tenis de mujer en vez de hombre, al querer resolver el problema, el "gerente" (el mismo nos dijo que lo era) no sabía resolver el problema, dijo que lo hiciéramos en línea y los tenis los habíamos comprado ahí, él decía que los tenis son iguales, que solamente cambia el número pero no es así, al medir el de caballero, cambiaba mucho lo amplio de la punta del tenis. Cuando por fin nos autorizaron el cambio, tenía una pesima actitud, muy apenas y respondía, nunca pidieron disculpas, etc. En total dimos 3 vueltas para resolver el problema, SOLO VENDEN POR VENDER.

When they finally authorized the change, he had a terrible attitude, very hardly and did not respond, they never apologized, etc. In total we gave 3 laps to solve the problem, THEY ONLY SELL TO SELL.
