★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tago is by far the best luxury getaway spot in Tulum. The staff truly helped me relax and unwind with their thoughtful service. I would go back just for the people who work there! The hotel itself is built into the natural surroundings, giving you the opportunity to experience the true natural beauty of Tulum while you stay. I can not speak highly enough of Tago! Thank you to all the staff for the experience of a lifetime.

The staff is so kind, (Carlos and Bruno are wonderful) the property is gorgeous, the ocean view is unreal you literally take steps to the ocean, the food was great. Even the transportation and COVID testing we used through Tago were top notch. Cannot wait to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much attention to detail with the facilities, and with the overall service of the hotel. Stayed here over Christmas 2021 with my boyfriend. We were extremely happy with our stay (and we stayed at 13 different hotels during our 1.5 month trip). Would recommend to anyone !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great and relaxing stay at Tago. The staff welcomed us with a cocktail and from there the service and attention was top notch. Our room was nicely decorated and cleaned every day. The staff was very professional and friendly. Little details like the free tiny desert every night and the little cocktail shots at the beach lounge every afternoon were so great. The beast part, by far, was the location. Tago is in a nice stretch of beach, calm and quiet in the mornings for mellow walks. It got livelier in the afternoon, but during the middle of the week, was quiet again by night. I look forward to returning someday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Cigar lounge was fun with music and pool. Awesome view. Clean, pretty room. Nicely decorated. Plunge pool, patio, and swing is a nice touch. Helped us arrange bicycles and dinner reservations. Restaurant on property, Batta, is great. Great day beds and service at beach. Easy to communicate via email prior to arrival. Thank you Julia, Enrique, Betty, and everyone else with their smiling faces, efforts, and assistance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got our room an hour late The room was not clean, the floor was constantly wet from the moisture .
A hotel on this beach also enters a room with sand .
Poor service of the receptionist But please note the waiters at the hotel!
When the cleaner cleaned the room she took the partition in the room and when we check out they wanted to charge us for it!
Location away from restaurants and all the egg clubs.
The beach has no fun , weak music and far from all the action of Tulum.
Not worth the money! And it is considered among the most prestigious and interviewed hotels are well worth their money!
