★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bonito del lugar, la presentación y el sabor de los helados no son suficientes como para «endulzar» el pésimo servicio al cliente que ofrecen. Mi sugerencia es que sí no vas a tener el ánimo, las ganas o mínimo la capacidad de sonreírle a los clientes mientras les atiendes para eso no te metas a trabajar en un lugar donde vas a tener que tratar con ellos. Solo porque fui con niños y no quería ponerme como una Karen frente a ellos ni les dije nada, pésimo.
The beauty of the place, the presentation and the taste of the ice creams are not enough to "sweeten" the terrible customer service they offer. My suggestion is that if you are not going to have the courage, the desire or at least the ability to smile at the clients while you attend to them, do not go to work in a place where you will have to deal with them. Just because I went with children and I didn't want to get like a Karen in front of them and I didn't say anything to them, lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un heladería fuera de lo ordinario, inspirado en el concepto “kawaii” (tierno) de los japoneses. Sus helados son de yogurt, muy dulces y frescos, y me encantan sus panesitos o “conos” de pan tipo waffle con forma de pescaditos. Tienen presentaciones divertidas de “sirena” y “oso” que seguro fascinaran a niños y adultos, y sus helados son realmente ricos. Ojalá tuvieran mas mesas para disfrutar los helados en el lugar.
An ice cream parlor out of the ordinary, inspired by the Japanese concept "kawaii" (tender). Their ice creams are made of yogurt, very sweet and fresh, and I love their waffle-shaped bread loaves or “cones” in the shape of little fish. They have fun presentations of "mermaid" and "bear" that are sure to fascinate children and adults, and their ice creams are really delicious. I wish they had more tables to enjoy the ice cream in the place.
