Went here on a Saturday night after Lonely Planet recommended it. We were the only ones. The place is gloomy, does not give an impression of cleanliness. The "lady of the house" was playing with indian youtube music videos and streaming them on the big screen on the wall (pictured) and the music was so loud we needed to ask them to turn the volume down. Food was average, but ok a part of the cheese naan which still had pieces of unmelted cheese inside (pictured), probably deepfrozen... The host did not really care about us, busy dealing with deliveries, did not feel welcome. Avoid!

Delicious authentic Indian food. Reasonably priced and very attentive servers. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone hankering for something different or just their curry fix while in Mexico.

In my 2 years of traveling South America this is the poorest excuse for Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant. Ordered onion pakora and meat samosa for starters...pakora was completely bland devoid of any taste. Samosa again although tasteless at least had nice texture. Waitress noticed I didn't touch pakora and told owner who said just "carry on". Main was lamb rogan josh which by menu photo was meant to be rich dark brown looking but came over light brown with dry lamb pieces. Things got worse with sides...I ordered puri which is meant to be light and fluffy but came over as thick slab of dough fried. Picture I've taken doesn't convey how disgusting puri tasted. Bill also surprising came up high considering they don't serve alcohol. After leaving restaurant I read a lot of the review's which turns out are mostly from Mexicans. Unfortunately they will eat this food and think this is what Indian/Bangladeshi food is meant to taste like....

I've always liked this place. It's not the same as the other Indian restaurants, as this is more of a Bangladeshi place. It has seafood and the naans are cheaper than other places

Food was very authentic and delicious Indian in taste. Ambient is ok. Servers were not very well worsed in Hindi. Not bad for Mexico City.

Relatively cheap Indian restaurant. Good service. But the food is not that good. The paneer was old and sour. The chicken was placed separately into the gravy. If you are looking to not spend too many pesos and still have a taste of Indian food, I would recommend the place

Very good food. Lots of vegetarian options. Vegetable samosas are good! The owner is present and gives good service. If you’re vegan make sure to ask if any of the main dishes have yogurt.

Visited this Indian restaurant in Mexico City already twice. I really like the quality of the food as well as the taste. Not very much expensive but you will get complete satisfaction. Food is very tasty and will be served fresh. You must try this restaurant if you haven't already.
