★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 29 de Agosto de 2021 al rededor de las 10:00 am., en el aeropuerto internacional de Mexico, Piso 1 Puerta 2, al salir de la recogida de maletas, nos acercamos a cambiar $400 dólares y la persona que estaba atendiendo ese día a esa hora, nos entregó $5.680 pesos mexicanos, no caímos en cuenta de hacer en calculadora la cuenta del valor que debía entregarnos que era $.7.744. Es decir nos dejo de entregar $2.064. Le pedimos recibo y no quiso entregar. El 4 de Septiembre hicimos el reclamo a la persona que aparece en la foto y muy repelente nos dijo que no había nada que reclamar porque no teníamos recibo y que en las cámaras no se veía nada. Le preguntamos el nombre de la persona que estaba el domingo y dijo que no era posible saber porque el acababa de entrar de vacaciones. Le pedimos hablar con un jefe de el y dijo que el era el supervisor. Vemos la mala fe de las personas que atienden allí. No lo recomiendo a nadie.
