Después de una búsqueda dificil tratando de encontrar el lugar adecuado para nuestros pequeños, confiamos que al fin lo hemos logrado. El proceso de valoración que hacen al inico es muy completo y sin realizar acciones innecesarias. Son muy empáticos al hablar de las necesidades que tiene mi hijo y con recursos claros de como ayudarlo.
The explanation they gave us of our son's case was clear and precise. After a difficult search trying to find the right place for our little ones, we trust that we have finally succeeded. The evaluation process that they do at the beginning is very complete and without taking unnecessary actions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas el día de ayer fuimos a la valoración y resultados de 3 días de mi hija a mi experiencia me fui un poco más tranquila de que mi hija no tenga algo malo neurólogico, pero me sentí como madre muy molesta y de cierta manera atacada por sus Evaluadores ya que no creo que haya sido la forma correcta de expresarse así, sin conocer perfectamente y saber cómo es la otra persona y referirse a mí, describiendo aspectos negativos de mi persona que ellos según percibieron.
También notamos mi esposo y yo cómo que nos querían dar el informe y ya que nos fuéramos (prácticamente así como ya váyanse)
y sus técnicas para mejorar muy pobres, y nos dijeron que las terapias las podía llevar a cabo en otro lugar, cuando pensé que era el lugar adecuado para atender a mi hija para mejorar y solucionar los aspectos que tuviera que mejorar.
Y que sólo atendían a niños con problemas más severos como nos mencionaron ??♀️(Que mal)
Sólo fue como a grandes rasgos el resultado, con palabras de ataque hacia mi, y es todo....
Quedamos muy decepcionados!!!!!
Pagar tan caro y que tengas esa atención y sin resolver está fatal!!!!!
Just yesterday we went to my daughter's 3-day assessment and results. In my experience, I was a little calmer that my daughter did not have something neurologically wrong, but I felt like a very upset mother and in a certain way attacked by her parents. Evaluators since I don't think it was the correct way to express themselves like that, without knowing perfectly and knowing what the other person is like and referring to me, describing negative aspects of my person that they perceived.
My husband and I also noticed how they wanted to give us the report and as soon as we left (practically as soon as you leave)
and their techniques to improve very poor, and they told us that the therapies could be carried out in another place, when I thought that it was the right place to attend to my daughter to improve and solve the aspects that had to be improved.
And that they only attended children with more severe problems as they mentioned to us ??♀️(Too bad)
It was just like in broad strokes the result, with words of attack towards me, and that's it....
We are very disappointed!!!!!
To pay so expensive and that you have that attention and without solving it is fatal!!!!!
