★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde le primera vez que fui a Puebla y di con el lugar siempre regresamos por alguna pieza de Talavera y por supuesto a saludar al gato Jasper que hace unico el lugar, la atencion es excelente, y en efecto la talavera es de alta calidad, muy recomendable y ubicado casi en frente al convento de Santa Mónica,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Hace unos días compré algunas cosas y me dieron de cambio un billete falso de 100 pesos. Al darme cuenta en mi casa y recordando la maniobra "amable-distratictiva" de la empleada escribí un correo electrónico comentándoles de forma amable y sin afán de causar más problema que hacerles saber la situación, y no recibí jamás una respuesta. Dar billetes falsos en un local establecido es una de las prácticas más deplorables que pueden existir en una relación comercial.
Terrible experience. A few days ago I bought some things and they gave me a fake 100 pesos bill in exchange. When I realized it at my house and remembering the employee's "friendly-distracting" maneuver, I wrote an email commenting in a friendly way and with no desire to cause more trouble than letting them know the situation, and I never received an answer. Giving counterfeit bills at an established location is one of the most deplorable practices that can exist in a business relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar INCREÍBLE con una variedad de talavera y cerámica fina y completamente artesanal sumamente hermosa y a muy buen precio. La dueña fue sumamente amable y nos explico cómo se elaborada la cerámica y cómo diferenciar la cerámica artesanal de la comercial. Definitivamente regresaré para llevarme más cosas. PD: el gato Jasper es divino.
It is an AMAZING place with a variety of talavera and fine and completely handmade ceramics extremely beautiful and at a very good price. The owner was extremely kind and explained to us how the pottery is made and how to differentiate between artisanal and commercial pottery. I will definitely come back to take more things with me. PS: Jasper the cat is divine.
